Windows

Download the installer, open the downloaded file, and follow the prompts. Approve the Windows permission prompt to complete installation.

Mac

Open Terminal from Applications → Utilities. Paste the command below, press Enter and enter your Mac administrator password when prompted. Follow the installer prompts and grant permissions requested by the agent.

Linux

Open a terminal. Paste the command below and press Enter. Enter your administrator password when prompted and let installation finish.

sudo wget -O - "https://HelpdeskSupport1768687926726.servicedesk.atera.com/api/utils/agent-install-script/linux/368e6199c1d444d299786ac2af3370ce?customerId=46" | sudo bash
